Sterling Police
Tuesday, January 16th, Shawn R Ray, 37 of Davenport, IA, was arrested after a traffic stop in the 600 blk of Locust St. Ray was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Transported to Whiteside Co. Jail.
Dixon Police
Juan E. Paredes-Hernandez, age 23, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on the 1100 block of Hemlock Avenue on January 16th , at 9:17 a.m. for a Lee County Warrant for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Domestic Battery. Paredes- Hernandez was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
Kayla L. Boyenga, age 32, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on the 300 Block of west First Street on January 12th, at 10:16 a.m., for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear, Whiteside County Warrant for Failure to Appear and Driving While License Suspended. Boyenga was unable to post the required bond on her two warrants and was issued a Notice to Appear for Driving While License Suspended. Boyenga was transported to the Lee County Jail where she was left in custody of the jail staff.
Christian McDonnell-Groenbeck, age 23, of Davenport, Iowa, was arrested in the 100 block of Plaza Drive on January 16th, at 9:49 PM., for an Iowa Nationwide Warrant. McDonnell-Groenbeck was taken to the Lee County Jail.
