Sterling Police
Saturday, January 27th, at 8am, Victor M Betran Arrendaondo, age 19 of Sterling, was arrested in the 1400 block of avenue K, for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Battery and transported to The Whiteside County Jail.
On Saturday at 1:52pm, Jonathan L Borah, 34 of Sterling, was arrested for trespassing and Unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Borah was transported to County.
Dixon Police
Chasity A. Blackburn, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of North Brinton Avenue on Friday, January 6th, at 12:24 p.m. for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Blackburn was processed and released with a court date.
Blake L. Whiteman, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of Monroe Avenue on Saturday, January 7th, at 11:50 a.m. for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Contempt. Whiteman was unable to post bond and was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Micah Schwartz, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1100 block of North Galena Avenue on Sunday, January 8th, at 1:20 a.m. for a Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage. Schwartz was processed and released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
