On Monday, December 12th, Pedro S. Lucas, age 20 of Sterling, was arrested in the800 Block of Avenue J for vehicular robbery and Defacing ID Marks /Firearm, Possess Firearm w/out FOID, Possess Ammunition w/out FOID, Obstructing Peace Officer Tinted Tail Light Lens. Lucas was transported to The Whiteside County Jail.

Phoenix M. Webb, age 21, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of West River Street on December 13 th , 2022, at 7:30 p.m., for a Failure to Appear Warrant for Whiteside County. Webb was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Shea Jones, age 29, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of North Galena Avenue on December 14, 2022, at 4:23 AM., for a Lee County Warrant for Failure To Appear. Jones was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Polo Police
Thursday, December 1st, Julie A. Seyster, 44, Polo, was issued a City Citation for Accumulation of Litter.
Richard V. Jeter, 52, Polo, was issued a City Citation for Accumulation of Litter.
